Midwest Real Estate Concepts, Ltd. was founded in 1989 in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. Paul became the broker/owner of the company in 1991 and continued to grow the company for the next 13 years. In 2004, Terry joined the company and has helped to expand Midwest Real Estate Concepts’ reach. Recently, Paul and Terry decided to expand their credentials to become Military Relocation Professionals (MRP) and better serve their clients and friends who are active and retired members of the armed services.

Paul H. K. Hageman
Managing Broker
Paul H. K. Hageman has been a real estate broker for 30 years in the Chicago area. Paul specializes in residential real estate and is certified as a REALTOR® and a Military Relocation Professional (MRP). He has worked primarily in the northwest suburbs of Chicago.
Paul was born in Cleveland, OH and his family moved Pittsburgh, PA and then eventually Chicago where he attended Arlington High School. He then attended Purdue University where he received a B.A. in history and then went to Capital University Law School in Columbus, OH to get his J.D. After law school, Paul returned to the Chicago area where he worked briefly for H&R Block before starting his own law firm/tax preparation company. Soon after, Paul received his real estate license and became the broker/owner of Midwest Real Estate Concepts, Ltd.
Terrelyn “Terry” Mariotti
Broker
Terrelyn “Terry” Mariotti has been a real estate broker for over 14 years in the Chicago area. Terry specializes in residential real estate and is certified as a REALTOR® and a Military Relocation Professional (MRP). She has worked primarily in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, although, referrals have brought her listings as far west as Rockford and as far east as Chicago.
Terry was raised in the northwest suburbs and attended Elgin Community College. After college she worked for a large home builder in Illinois. She considers this area home even though she spent several years in the Houston area working for a large commercial real estate developer as an administrative assistant. Her duties there spanned office management to assisting in CAD design. Upon returning to the Chicago area, Terry began her present position as office manager for a law firm, a position she has held for over 25 years.
