Terrelyn “Terry” Mariotti

Terrelyn “Terry” Mariotti has been a real estate broker for over 14 years in the Chicago area. Terry specializes in residential real estate and is also certified as a Military Relocation Professional (MRP). She has worked primarily in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, although, referrals have brought her listings as far west as Rockford and as far east as Chicago.

Terry was raised in the northwest suburbs and attended Elgin Community College. After college she worked for a large home builder in Illinois. She considers this area home even though she spent several years in the Houston area working for a large commercial real estate developer as an administrative assistant. Her duties there spanned office management to assisting in CAD design. Upon returning to the Chicago area, Terry began her present position as office manager for a law firm, a position she has held for over 25 years.

Terry’s prior experience in real estate is an asset that is appreciated by her clients. She cares deeply about getting her sellers the best price for their home and finding the best home for her buyers. Her commitment to her clients is unparalleled and is proven by the hours she puts in for each one of her clients and the individual attention she pays every client. Terry is particularly adept at assisting clients due to her background which includes preparing closing documents.

Terry also enjoys working with current or retired members of the armed forces. Her father and father-in-law were both in the U.S. Army and her husband and brother-in-law were both service members. Currently, her son serves as an officer in the U.S. Navy. Terry intends to volunteer with veterans after she retires. Outside of work, Terry enjoys travel, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.
